Shipping to Germany, Luxembourg and Austria is charged with € 5.50. 

Return shipping fees are taken over by you (the customer).

Shipping to Switzerland is charged with € 25.

Orders from Switzerland may be subject to addtional charges such us import toll.

Shipping to other EU countries is charged with  10.

Shipping deadlines

As long as there is no other deadline indicated in the description of an artile, delivery of goods in Germany and Luxembourg will be handled within 2 or 3 days, to other European countries within 5 to 10 days following the order confirmation (on agreed payment in advance following the moment of payment order). Please note that no shipping is handled on Sundays and holidays. If you have ordered goods with varying times of delivery, we will send them in one combined package as long as no other agreement has been taken between GEA and you, the customer. In this case, the time of delivery is defined by the article ordered with the longer time of delivery.  Shipping to overseas (i.e. Africa, Americas, Asia, Oceania) can take from 2 up to 6 weeks depending on the DHL shipping method and customs handling.

Delivery to packing stations

We also ship to packing station. For such a delivery we need the number of the packing station and your personal post number which is available from DHL. This number is compsed of 6 to 8 numbers.
